Chad is part of the Pinnacle Human Resources on-site and project engagement team. He has over ten years of progressive experience in a variety of HR roles including consulting. Prior to joining the Pinnacle HR team, Chad has worked for a leading provider of pediatric therapies and a global manufacturer of automotive suspension components. He has managed staff and led initiatives in the payroll, benefits and safety departments. He has experience in various aspects of the HR function such as conflict resolution, HRIS database administrations, legal compliance, staff recruitment, team engagement, employee counseling, internal investigations, and in disciplinary actions.
Chad’s skills include working with a variety of HRIS systems such as Paylocity, ADP, Syteline and Peoplesoft.
Chad has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Canton with a minor in Accounting. Related coursework included Human Resources Management, Management Communications and Operations Management.
Chad and family moved back to the Capital Region after working in Tennessee for many years.
