Megan is part of the Pinnacle Human Resources leave management division and has seven years of progressive experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, she worked for corporate, staffing, and non-profit companies where she managed all aspects of the employment process. Her most recent work experience involved developing and managing a Human Resources department for a start-up company that spanned across multiple states in which she specialized in communication development, strategy, workplace culture and morale, employee relations, leave management, recruiting and policy creation and implementation.
Megan has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from SUNY Oneonta. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and holds a SHRM-CP certification. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time on The Great Sacandaga lake with her friends, family, and dog!
