Nicole has over fifteen years of professional experience in the fields of Human Services and Human Resources. Her early training in counseling laid the foundation for her expertise in assisting organizations to maximize their human capital potential. She has worked in a variety of industries, to include retail sales, financial services, non-profit social services, scientific research, and legal services. The employee populations of these organizations have ranged from 20 to 400 associates.
Nicole’s career has spanned a multitude of Human Resources functions, lending itself to solid generalist experience. Her expertise, however, focuses on the areas of employee relations, performance management counseling, conflict resolution, talent acquisition & retention, and leadership development. She provides critical consultative support to multiple levels of the organization, from front-line employees to senior leadership. In her ability to diagnose challenges, prescribe solutions, and implement business-supported HR strategies & tactics, she becomes a trusted advisor to her clients and their businesses.
Nicole holds a B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and a M.S.Ed. in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
