History

Pinnacle Human Resources, LLC was established on November 1, 2009. We were formerly a member firm of The Bonadio Group, and have continued to service our clients since 2005.

Pinnacle Human Resources, LLC is a NYS certified Women’s Business Enterprise #556556 and a Nationally certified women’s business enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US. We recognize the commitment to supplier diversity that is embraced by corporations and government agencies today, and we can add diversity to your supply chain.

The Pinnacle Human Resources staff is comprised of some of the most experienced human resources consultants and staffing professionals in the country. Pinnacle consultants each have over 25 years’ experience in developing and implementing comprehensive training and coaching programs, project-based support, change management, leave management, compensation systems, performance management systems, HRIS systems and outsourced HR support solutions. We have worked with clients in retail, construction, manufacturing, financial, government, hospitality, technology, healthcare and non-profit organizations. Some of our clients have local, national and global presence.

Since 2005, we have provided HR consulting services to over 4,000 clients. We offer customized HR support services that encompass the entire HR delivery system. There is almost no project we can’t do. Pinnacle is client-focused and we keep adding HR support programs based on client needs. We have a scalable team of internal consultants all available in a “just in time” basis.

Pinnacle’s staff is comprised of certified Senior Professionals, certified Leave Specialists, certified Internal Investigators, and other business specialists. When appropriate, we tap into the knowledge and experience of our dedicated subject matter experts that comprise our team of strategic partners. We feel clients derive substantial benefit from this approach. In addition, Pinnacle managers lead all aspects of the engagement.

Rose Miller is a frequently requested speaker on a national and local level. She writes a monthly column "Work Matters" for the Albany Times Union, a Hearst publication. She is also gaining followers of her monthly podcast "The Thorn in Rose's Side".
