Lori has 25+ years of leadership experience in human resources. With a strong generalist background, Lori has led the HR functions at both privately owned and publicly traded organizations. She has partnered in regional, national, and global businesses with a keen focus on delivering business results.
She specializes in talent management, including recruiting, corporate structure, performance evaluation and employee development. Additionally, she has successfully developed and executed programs to increase employee engagement, reducing turnover and enhancing productivity. She also has significant experience in leadership coaching, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and training.
Lori has partnered with C-suite leadership, corporate and shared services talent, and manufacturing workforces to drive business priorities and deliver results. She has led change management efforts in the following industries: professional services, aviation, gas, and renewables. She has led large scale professional services and manufacturing recruitment efforts. Additionally, her onboarding programs have resulted in effectively and smoothly assimilating new talent and new programs in an organization. Her passion is to create an engaging, collaborative, and cohesive environment within all levels of an organization.
